Download and Complete the Order Form
Until my online shopping cart is up and running, you will want to download my order form to assist you in making your selections. When you have your selections specified to your satisfaction according to the instructions in the form, you may order in one of three ways:

Include a phone#, as I will need to call you for payment information (do NOT include credit card# in the email!) - Phone your order in 7 days a week between 4pm and 9pm EST at:

Orders called in at other times will go to voice mail, which I will return in the evening. - Mail the order to me at:

Payment Methods
After receiving your order confirmation from Fashionably Wired® with the final order total, you may make payment via one of the following methods:
- Check or money order payable to Fashionably Wired®.
- MasterCard, Visa, or Discover for on mail or phone orders.
Merchandise will ship when payment is received and verified.

All jewelry is custom made. Please allow a minimum of a week for your order to be processed and shipped.
Standard shipping is via USPS Mail (first class or priority) and is based on the weight of the order plus a $2.50 handling charge (items must be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping to prevent damage).

I am happy to offer wholesale terms and discounts to my volume customers. The discount level varies depending on the volume purchased, but my minimum volume for wholesale consideration is one case of 50 necklace sets.
Only qualified resellers are entitled to wholesale discounts.
